Lovely seasonal orange. What we have here folks is a lovely #vintage #stretchtent #stillgoingstrong .

This #stretchy started out as a 15x10m brought into the UK in 2006 by @intentproductions_uk. It was most likely the first #stretchtent in the UK.

It was made in #SouthAfrica #homeofstretchtents By @freeform_tents .

We cut her down a few years back to a 5x4m so we could get a bit more use out of her. We love these earlier fabrics which were much stretchier and had a wood pattern to the fabric,

This tent was the first (along with another rigged by @intentproductions_uk ) #stretchtents ever at Glasto in 2009 when she was the secret inner area at the @glastofest #rabbithole

The stores high ceilings and pulley hoist rigging did the trick. These tents must be dry before being packed away.

Well made in all ways the only thing modern fabrics have over them is mould resistance coatings hence we have to make sure they are bone dry. Will the 1972 dated section will still be in action in another 50 years.
